NATIONAL MUSEUM (Národní Muzeum) — National Museum - Main Building

This monumental New-Renaissance building was constructed in 1885-90 based on a project by J. Schulz. Its frontispiece is over 100m long with a frontal ramp, decored with castiron, luminous lamp posts and a group of allegorical figures.

NOVY HRAD U KUNRATIC — Royal Gothic Castle Ruins

The castle built in 1411 by Master Kříž as a country seat to king Václav IV. Besieged by Prague Hussites in 1420, later conquered and set on fire. The ruins were perfectly preserved up to the 19th century, above-ground frames taken down in 1881.
