Planetarium
It opened on November 20th 1960 and nineteen years later was separated from PKOJF and became one of the centres of the Observatory and Planetarium of Prague. An extensive reconstruction was performed and the reconstructed astronomical hall (now COSMORAMA hall) was opened in May 1991. It is one of the largest planetariums in the world and the only one of its kind in our country.
Expositions
Permanent exposition with interactive exponates from astronomy and astronautics. Cosmorama Hall - from fairy tales with astronomy themes for children to programs for schools, special lessons for college students and atractive audio-visual programs for adults. Starvis Hall - fro, audio-visual programs for public to regular geographical and astronautical lessons.
