Gothic Gate
The new tower gate, a representative city entrance, was established here in 1475, on the place of a former old town's fortification from the 13th century. Its construction was halted in 1484 and it served as a gunpowder storage in the 17th century, still unfinished. Today's shape is the outcome of the Purist reconstruction in 1875-86.
